We specially design these machines for 100% visual inspection of tablets from both sides and 1, 00,000 tablets per hour can be inspected on this GMP Model by employing 2 operators thereby reducing inspection cost considerably. Our product consists of the stainless steel complete body, S.S Hopper from which tablets fall on a magnetic vibrator that removes chips and dust from the tablets and feed them on 6 inches wide belt for one operator to inspect the other side of the tablets (minimum size of the tablet 3 mm & maximum size of the tablet 19 mm.)

We also offer new microprocessor Electronic control panel gives new look and easy Operation. The intensity of the vibration of the vibrator can be varied to ensure smooth falling of tablets on the belt, similarly speed of the belt can also be adjusted so that inspection rate can be increased-decreased depending on the percentage of rejection. Complete body, Hopper, Top cover etc are made of stainless steel. Two foot switches are provided for the operators.

Our manufactured machine is suitable for 230 Volts Single Phase, A.C. 50 Hz & as per GMP Standard. Our machine is ideal for visual inspection of medicinal tablets, Ink Tablets, rubber caps, & Confectionary sweets etc.
