Portable Hardness Tester
We manufacture and export portable digital hardness tester model HT-50. It is designed to replace the non-digital, troublesome and expensive handheld hardness testers in the market. HT-50 allows measuring the hardness either in Kilo ponds, Newton, Strong Cobb or in Pounds.

Placing the sample and rotating the knob on lead screw manually, pressure will be applied to the sample. The increasing pressure is monitored electronically and the value is recognized, registered and displayed at the moment of breakage of the sample. The hardness value will be displayed on four digit LED display; same can be viewed in alternative units by simply pressing one soft membrane key on control panel.
Calibration can be carried out at location and requires only few minutes. Using the calibration kit (certified 5Kg weight and an attachment to place the weight) user can easily calibrate the instrument when required. Vertical option of HT-50 is also available.

Monsanto Hardness Tester
We are engaged in the manufacture and supply of the Worlds handiest Hardness Tester Model MHT-20. It is designed to use in QC / QA / R & D / Tableting / Production. It is used for taking quick readings of Hardness of Tablets.
It measures Hardness in Kg per sq. cm.
- It is made of brass parts heavily chromium plated and has a scale of 0-20 kg. Per sq. cm. with each division.
- Marked for 1 kg. Readability is upto 0.5 kg. /sq.cm.
Strong Cobb Hardness tester
Purpose: Strong Cobb Hardness Tester Model SHT - 17 is used for finding the Hardness of Tablets in Kg.per sq.cm.
Scope: To measure the Hardness of tablets in Pharmaceuticals Quality control, R & D, Production areas even near the Tablet Press
Description of the Instrument
Basically hand operated Hardness Tester model SHT - 17 works on Pneumatic Pressure developed by hand operated lever system. Indication of the measured value will be on pressure gauage dial (0-17 kg per sq.cm) with idle pointer. In dial Guage there are two pointers:
a) Red Pointer
b) Air Pressure Pointer (Black)
