Colloid Mill

Avail from us the high quality of Colloid Mills. We manufacture this at the most competitive range. Our unit is ideal for homogenizing, dispersing, mixing of products. The operation is based on rotor - stator principal. We offer these in plain as well as water jacketed models which are suitable for heat sensitive products. The product is fed by specially designed hopper to the operating area of the rotor, having a speed of 3000 rpm. Our range is processed by a high shear, pressure and friction between stator and rotor. Tapering of the rotor and stator the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. The product continuously leaves the mill though a drain pipe or it can be recirculated if required. Our unit is used in pharma, chemicals, food, cosmetic industries.
